Residential Applications

Please submit your completed Application Form with the following attachments:

• A copy of your identity document
• A copy of your proof of residence
• Proof of income (3 months’ payslip and 3 months’ bank statement)

Please submit the completed Application Form and above attachments to residential@daleglen.co.za.

Alternatively, please complete the online application.

Note: Fields cannot be left blank as we require a fully completed form.

Please ensure you have viewed the flat before you apply. We do not accept applications for apartments which have not been viewed.

We endeavour to respond to every applicant within 3-5 working days. If you have not heard from us thereafter, please consider your application unsuccessful.

Be aware that should fraudulent or inappropriate documentation or information be supplied to us during the application process, we are required to report same to the Financial Intelligence Centre, which will be reported without further notice to the applicant.
